Single and Mingling

So today was a bit of a bummer. I woke up and went to work knowing that at 4 o clock I would have to have a "conversation" with my girlfriend. I didn't know for sure how it would turn out but I had an idea... And it wasn't good...

Clocking in

Once again, I filed a bunch of shit

But this time I got to punch holes too! Go me!

Lunch time.

Then Dane called me to see what I was up to. Working.

Right after I got off work I made my way out to the city to settle the score. Out of respect for Elana I didn't take pictures of what transpired between us, but everyone can rest assured, I'm single now...

I wanted to be with friends after our little discussion so I went out to Haight Street where Casey is house sitting his bosses house.

We watched some stuff on the computer before we left for more entertaining activities

I was kind of bummed

But then I saw this...

And got pizza and was stoked

Shawn got chips and a phone call.

Then we went back to the house for a bit where Casey and Nick were waiting

Then boredom set in so we all decided to go check out the night life

We went to a bar called Nok Nok and had a few drinks

We watched this girl be haggard

Nick was feeling it

Shawn was not

After being there for a while we went looking for greener pastures. On the way we saw a shit ray.

We hailed a cab to get to our next destination and while I have no pictures on my camera of what ensued rest assured it was awesome.

All I have is a photo of a photo booth photo that I took with some random people. Later the girl in the middle bought me a drink.

When we were all done for the night we went to a taqueria

Then Shawn had the whole world in his hands
Then we took a cab back home

Where I chose the floor of the kitchen to try to sleep... it wasn't comfortable

Adventures in Pool Skating

Today me and the dudes went to find a pool to skate out in the Pittsburg area. It was a bust at first, but we found something later...

Metro again to meet up with joel and shawn

Joel had the bucket at the ready for bailing the pool

Shawn knocked on the door and a lady came out. We asked her if we could check the pool out but she was bummed... We woke her up. No pictures of the lady. Sorry dudes

We skated here for a minute while Joel got the ins to another pool

The dude on the far right is Richard our friendly tour guide

He took us to this jem of a property

Joel had to tighten his trucks first though

The front door was wide open and there was a trailer in front of this classy establishment

There was lots of crap in back

And in it too

But there was a pool back there...

Full of crap and water

So we got to bailing

There was a gnarly spider floating around in the water

We tried to bail it with this to make things go faster

But it sucked

We tried this too, but this also sucked so we gave up on the trash can

Joel and Richard bailed the water out

While Shawn and I dumped the buckets
We made a swamp

Break time

Empty buckets for the time being

Water level dropping steadily
Back to work. Joel loves smelly wet carpet

It wasnt drying fast enough so we tried to mop it a bit with old shirts

And foam pieces and old carpet

I went for a magic carpet ride

Shawn said fuck it and got first lines in the slippery pool

Then she tried to get some and almost got wrecked
